Mark Cardwell/Co-Founder-Owner

Mark Cardwell has over 14 years experience in the HVAC industry. Mainly air conditioning and heating in the Austin metro area. Originally from the hill country. Has lived in the Austin metro area for over 20 years. Now resides in Georgetown Tx, with his wife Tessa Cardwell and their two children. Holds his State of Texas License, Nate Certification, 410A certification, EPA license. He is working hand in hand with major distributors(Carrier, Trane etc..) in matching up systems that will best fit homes in this area.

Brent Ford/Service-Installation Manager

Brent came to us from Pro-Air here in Austin. He has more than 16 years of working on air conditioning systems, from split systems to water source heat pumps. Brent is NATE certified and a member of ACCA. He is dedicated to make sure all service calls and installations meet our standards. You wont find a more honest person and simply put he loves to work on air conditioners.

Brian Cardwell/General Manager

Brian has been with us for 3 years. He was brought on to handle all day to day business activities as well as phone estimates and Internet estimates. He his the brother of the owner and has learned a lot from him, in regards to system match ups and what systems qualify for rebates and credits. Brian is NATE certified. He will also be handling all financing. Brian’s background in management and accounting and when you talk to him is one of the most helpful guys you could meet.

Dulce Geiling/Accounts Manager

Dulce came to us from Strands Brothers and has over 4 years experience handling customer accounts. Her main duties are pulling permits, scheduling final inspections, submitting rebates and AR.

Thomas Geiling Jr./Lead HVAC Tech

Thomas has over 7 years in diagnosing systems and recommending repairs. Thomas is the brother of the owner. He won the award for Texas Ac Specialist for leading in Carrier Infinity Sales. You will not find a more a tech who knows more about Carrier system match ups than Thomas.  Thomas is 410 certified, EPA certified and registered with the state of Texas. He came to us from the United States Marines after serving our country in Iraq on two separate occasions.

Justin Downs/Hvac Tech

Justin has been with us for 2 years now and claims he has been doing air conditioning work since he was 11. Either way he has a ton of experience and is one of our sharpest minds. Justin is one of the first ones to work every morning and one of the last ones to go home.

Alfreo Mendoza/Lead Hvac Tech

Alfredo has 6 years experience in the air conditioning and heating field in the Austin area. One of the smartest young man. He moved quickly from installer to tech because of his ability to pick things up very quickly. Alfredo is a  proud father and a faithful husband. Values his job and his family more than anything. This translates to one of our hardest workers and we have here at Texas Air Conditioning Specialist and we are really proud of him.

Maria Flores/Accounts Rep-Dispatch

Maria is one of our newest members. She has a Bachelors of Science and Architecture. She is bilingual and has been a member of our Austin community for over 20 years. Maria loves to hang out with staff members and be a part of our team inside and outside of work. Maria is a avid member of her church and even participates in church plays. Welcome aboard Maria to our Air Conditioning staff.

 Saul Cornejo/Hvac Tech-Installer

Saul has been with Texas Air Conditioning Specialist for 2 years now. He is a registered Tech with the state of Texas and has been certified to work with R410.  Although Saul is fairly new in the hvac industry Saul has picked things up quickly and we look forward to his future growth.

Robert Osuna/Lead Installer

Robert came to us from design mechanical where he designed and installed systems in new construction custom homes. Has over 16 years experience and is one of our  top air conditioning installers.

Leo Loreado/Lead Installer

Leo has been with Texas Air Conditioning Specialist for over 6 years as our lead installer. Leo has been trained to our standards and is one of the hardest workers we have. Leo installed the majority of our Carrier Infinity Systems and is experience with the venting and duct requirements.

Chino Sanchez/Hvac Tech

Chino came to us from Casa Mechanical where he lead a crew installing air conditioning systems in new construction and is aware of all city codes. Chino is well spoken and clean cut who is very proud of his installations.

Sergio Tapia/Lead Installer

Sergio has been with us for 6 years and has been an electrician for over 7 years. He is registered with the state of Texas. His experience with electrical comes to great use with our installations.

Jesus Jarmillio/Lead Installer

Jesus brings  years experience to the field and is one of our more reliable employees. He lives in Dale, Tx and makes his way here everyday by 7Am ready to work. He brings a great attitude to work everyday. He is registered with the state of Texas and can do either residential or commerical installation.

Antonio Rios/Installer

Antonio teams up with Jesus on installations and like Jesus is at the office every morning ready to work. Antonio has 4 years experience installing residential systems.

Domingo Rios/Lead Hvac Tech/Sales

Domingo brings 10 years experience in designing and promoting Air conditioning and heating systems. Domingo will be NATE certified by years end. He is the father of 4 and also lives in Dale, TX. Domingo brings a wealth of knowledge and customer first attitude to every service call. We hope he is a member of our team for many years to come.

Pete Peterson/Hvac Residential-Commercial Tech

Pete came to us from Pro Air and has 6 years experience in the air conditioning and heating field with in the Austin area. Married with 3 children Pete is also a musician and has put out a Gospel cd showing his commitment to his Church. We love having Pete around.

Javier Toledo/Installer

Javier teams up with Robert Osuna on installations. He has over 10 years experience in the field. Although a quiet fella he works 12 hrs a day and rarely makes mistakes. He loves his job and it shows with the quality of work he does.

Ayumi Perez/Accounts Manager

Ayumi has been with company for 2 years and she came to us from M-TECH Mechanical.  Ayumi works hand and hand with the city of Austin permit department to make sure all installations meet the required codes. She is a mother of 2 and enjoys her free time with her family and loves when the rodeo is in town.

Juan Zavillia

Juan had been with us for 3 years now and has over 7 years experience as a lead installer. Recently married and a proud father of 2 Daughters. Juan has been factory trained with Carrier installer and diagnosing Carrier Infinity and Greenspeed systems.

Erik Hughes

Erik has 5 years experience in the HVAC field. Erik is from northeast TX. He served as a fire fighter in the Air Force and is now a member of the Westlake Fire Department. Very sharp fella and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. We are proud to have him a part of our growing team.

Epa certified, registered HVACR Tech with the state of Texas.

Antonio Martinez/Installer

Tony is the cousin of Juan and them two team up to form one of our best installation crews. With Juan they both have been trained in the requirements of Carrier Greenspeed installation.

Eddie Perez/Installer

Edzell is not only one of our installers he also helps around office. Very well spoken. Edzell is committed to the Hvac industries and is motivated to move up the ladder.
